I’m Lindsay, and with 16 years of HR experience, I've navigated the world of talent management, acquisition, employee relations, and learning and development. My career has been filled with lessons, triumphs, and challenges, each shaping how I connect with others today. I'm passionate about building true relationships, grounded in trust, empathy, and truly listening. These values aren't just what I have been taught; they're the foundation of my work, enabling me to leave a lasting impact with every client I have the privilege to work with.
Beyond HR, I'm a mom to two fabulous boys, Manning (10) and Spencer (7), and our lovable fur baby, Nash (4). My husband and I have been together for 23 years. Our family enjoys exploring new places, going on adventures, and spending time in the garden. And yes, I do have an affinity for reality TV—it’s my guilty pleasure!
